Meet The Face Behind Cura Financial Planning Inc.

I’m Jason Wong, the proud owner of Cura Financial Planning Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I’ve always been passionate about working with people and sharing my financial knowledge, so I started practicing financial planning with a major bank since 2001.

Over the next decade, I learned the pain points that individuals and businesses were facing with their finances. It motivated me to become independent where I came across many different financial situations.

Later, I decided to leverage my expertise by assisting people to improve their financial well-being. In 2018, I decided to expand my services and launch a money coaching company. Specifically I chose the name “Cura,” which means “care” in Latin.

Over the past three years, I’ve significantly scaled up my business by enhancing various services and staying true to my core values that “take good care” of clients.

Consequently, I’m fully committed to my clients, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is always putting their best interests first.

I also attribute my success to going the extra mile to understand my clients’ unique circumstances so that I can find the right solution. In addition, I use my skills and knowledge to empower many Canadians and their families to achieve their specific financial goals.

As a result, when I can notify my clients that they are on track or congratulate them for achieving their financial targets, it always fills me with immense satisfaction.

When I’m not working, I love to keep myself active by playing racket sports, hiking, swimming and running. I also really enjoy learning new things through reading books and articles.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things that matter to me and how they influence my business.
